Design Notes
Due to the high amount of As and Ts present in the sequence, it may be difficult to amplify this gene using PCR. After using a high fidelity polymerase, we were not able to amplify this part, however, we were able to obtain it after changing to a lower fidelity polymerase.

This part comes from the S. cerevisiae genome, meaning that it can be amplified from a genomic prep.
